Enablement

Enablement is the sum of actions required to make an eDream happen.

Iteration Generator

This is an overview of the eDream that will evolve over the enablement process. It is intially the result of the Insight process and may have thousands of edits as a result of trying to make the eDream happen. While the high level mission may never change, key components will have several iterations as a result of what is learned during the discovery, engagement, project plan and execution activities.

The eDream Snapshot is the high level overview of the eDream.

Enablement Snapshot

The Enablement Snapshot is the high level overview of what has to happen (Enablement Intersection) and how it would be possible to make happen (Enablement Strategy).

Enablement Discovery

Based on the results from Insight, Enablement Discovery further develops the findings from the Beneficiary Insight, Aspirer Insight, Viability Insight and Enablement Insight.
