The Discovery List is the "to do" list to discovery what needs to be done to successfully achieve an eDream.

eDream Discovery

Discovery is the process of uncovering all of the things that need to be done to successfully achieve an eDream.

Mission

What is the mission of the aspirer(s) and why is this important for people to join the mission? It the mission to make money, help people or to pursue a passion.

Beneficiary

Who would directly benefit from the eDream mission? How would they benefit?

Aspirer

Who is the Aspirer? Why is the mission so important to the Aspirer?

Problem/Unmet Need

What are the problem/unmet needs of the beneficiary(ies) that the eDream is addressing? Why it is important?

Solution

What is the solution to the beneficiary(s) problem/unmet needs? Can the solution also deliver upon the aspirer(s) mission?

Communication

What is the communication strategy of the solution to the beneficiary(s) and the mission to those required to help make it happen?

Operational

How will the production, delivery and sustainability of the communication and solution become operational?

eDream Intersection

What is the strategy or eDream Intersection to satisfy the minimum requirement for the Mission, Beneficiary, Aspirer, Problem/Unmet Need, Communication, Solution and Operational?

Enablement Discovery

People

People are the individuals that can have an impact on the successful achievement of an eDream. People are an enablement component of making an eDream successfully happen. People insight helps to understand what people are required to make an eDream happen. It offers insight into how to engage them like Kevin Plank did in pursuing his big idea which became the company Under Armour.

Communities

Communities are groups of people that can be associated by something in common that may influence people's decisions and/or potentially impact the enablement of an eDream. Communities are an enablement component of making an eDream successfully happen. Communities Insight helps to understand which communities are required to make an eDream happen. It offers insight into how people like Jeff Bezos learned about the book communities when pursuing his big idea which led to the creation of Amazon.com.

Communities may share common attributes, culture, leaders, processes, laws, rules and a code of what is accepted. The people within the community may find it easier to relate to others within the community than those outside the community.

Knowledge

A level of knowledge, in addition to understanding the people and communities, is required for the successful enablement of an eDream. Knowledge is an enablement component of making an eDream successfully happen. Knowledge Insight helps understand what knowledge is required to make an eDream happen. It offers insight into how people like Tony Fadell had to learn when pursuing his big idea which led to the creation of the iPod.

Funding

Funding is the total financial resources required to make an eDream happen. Funding is an enablement component of making an eDream successfully happen. Funding Insight provides insight into the potential methods our securing the financial resources that may be required for the successful enablement of an eDream.

Resources are required to make an eDream happen. Resources are an enablement component of making an eDream successfully happen. Resources Insight provides insight into the potential resources that may be required for the successful enablement of an eDream.

Timeline

Timeline is the total time required to make an eDream happen. The source of the timeline is the Project Plan Timeline is a enablement component of making an eDream successfully happen. Timeline insight provides insight into the overall timeline that may be required for the successful enablement of an eDream.

Assumptions are the basis for understanding whether an eDream and it's pursuit it is a good idea. It is the understanding of the specific requirements to make it successfully happen.
