Enablement is the sum of actions required to make an eDream happen. Enablement Insight helps to understand what is required to make an eDream happen like Craig Venter did in making his big idea to sequence the human genome happen. Enablement Discovery is the process to further develop an understanding of the enablement process based on what is discovered via Insight.

Iteration Generator

This is an overview of the eDream that will evolve through many iterations over the enablement process. It is initially the result of the Insight process and may have thousands of edits as a result of trying to make the eDream happen. While the high level mission may never change, key components will have several iterations as a result of what is learned during the discovery, engagement, project plan and execution activities.

eDream Mission

The eDream Snapshot is a high level overview of the eDream.

Enablement Strategy

The Enablement Snapshot is a high level overview of what has to happen (Enablement Intersection) and how it would be possible to make happen (Enablement Strategy).

Executive Summary

Enablement Discovery

Based on the results from Insight, Enablement Discovery further develops the findings from the Beneficiary Insight, Aspirer Insight, Viability Insight and Enablement Insight.

Discovery List

The Discovery List is the "to do" list to determine what needs to be done to successfully achieve an eDream.

Enablement Intersection

In order to make almost anything happen, you need to find the enablement intersection within the many competing interests. This is the minimum that needs to happen to satisfy each of the components required to achieve enablement of the eDream.
