Enablement is the sum of actions required to make an eDream happen. Enablement Insight helps to understand what is required to make an eDream happen like Craig Venter did in making his big idea to sequence the human genome happen. Enablement Discovery is the process of beginning with what is learned from Insight, developing it and then determining the requirements to make the eDream successfully happen. Plan Development is the process of developing the enablement strategy, the project plan and validating them through engagement. Execution is the process of securing the requirements and managing the project through completion.

Iteration Generator

The Iteration Generator is a framework to efficiently and effectively communicate the current Mission (eDream), Strategy (enablement) and Plan (project plan). The {[Iteration Generator]] will be used to produce several iterations during the process of trying to make the eDream happen. The Mission may have minimal changes, the "Strategy may have many changes, the Plan may have thousands of changes.

eDream Snapshot

The eDream Snapshot is high level overview of the eDream description, Mission, Beneficiary, Aspirer, Viability and eDream Intersection.

Enablement Snapshot

The Enablement Snapshot is a high level overview of what has to happen (Enablement Intersection) and how it would be possible to make happen (Enablement Strategy).

Enablement Plan

This is a high level plan that provides a financial plan and a timeline with major milestones.

Executive Summary

This is an executive level presentation that provides a summary of the eDream, enablement and plan (7 to 10 page powerpoint).

Enablement Discovery

Enablement Discovery is the process of beginning with what is learned from Insight, develop it and to determine the requirements to make the eDream successfully happen.

Activity List

This a list of the known activities required to make the eDream happen.

Assumption List

These are the assumptions made to understand what is required to make an eDream happen.

Discovery List

The Discovery List is the "to do" list to determine what needs to be done to successfully achieve an eDream.

Engagement

Engagement is the process to discuss, learn and validate with people how to make an eDream happen. Enablement Competencies describes the competencies that have been proven to be effective with enablement.

Enablement Intersection

In order to make almost anything happen, you need to find the enablement intersection within the many competing interests. This is the minimum that needs to happen to satisfy each of the components required to achieve enablement of the eDream.

Plan Development

Plan Development is the process of developing the enablement strategy, the project plan and validating them through engagement.

Enablement Strategy

This is the strategy to secure each of the necessary components required to make the eDream happen.

Project Plan

This is the detailed Project Plan to make the eDream happen.

Execution

Execution is the process of securing the requirements and managing the project through completion.
