Enablement is the sum of actions required to make an eDream happen. Enablement Insight helps to understand the enablement components required to make an eDream happen like Craig Venter did in making his big idea to sequence the human genome happen. The enablement process advances the level of understanding with enablement discovery, guides development of an enablement plan and execution of securing the requirements to successfully managing the enablement of the eDream through completion.

Iteration Generator
The Iteration Generator is a framework to efficiently and effectively communicate the current eDream Mission, Enablement Strategy and Enablement Plan. The Iteration Generator will be used to produce several iterations during the process of making the eDream happen. The Mission may have minimal changes, the Enablement Strategy may have several changes, the Enablement Plan may have thousands of changes.
Mission
The mission is a component of the eDream Snapshot. The mission is aspirer(s) purpose and desired outcome of the eDream. The eDream Snapshot provides a high level overview of the eDream's description, mission, beneficiary, aspirer, problem/unmet needs, solution, communication and operational components.
Strategy
The Enablement Strategy is a high level overview of what has to happen (Enablement Intersection) and the strategy of how to make it happen. The Enablement Strategy is a component of the Enablement Snapshot
Plan
The Plan is the detailed plan to complete the development tracks and address each of the enablement components with the enablement strategy. The plan includes development plan, the financial plan and the project plan.
Executive Summary
This is an executive level presentation that provides a summary of the eDream, enablement and plan (7 to 10 page powerpoint).
Enablement Discovery
Enablement Discovery is the process of beginning with what is learned from Insight, develop it and to determine the requirements to make the eDream successfully happen.
Activity List
This a list of the known activities required to make the eDream happen.
Assumptions List
These are the assumptions made to understand what is required to make an eDream happen.
Discovery List
The Discovery List is the "to do" list to determine what needs to be done to successfully achieve an eDream.
Engagement
Engagement is the process to discuss, learn and validate with people how to make an eDream happen. Enablement Competencies describes the competencies that have been proven to be effective with enablement.
Enablement Intersection
In order to make almost anything happen, you need to find the enablement intersection within the many competing interests. This is the minimum that needs to happen to satisfy each of the components required to achieve enablement of the eDream.
Enablement Plan
Enablement Plan is the detailed plan to complete the development tracks and the components in the enablement strategy. This detail is included in the project plan and financial plan.
Development Plan
This is the detailed Development Plan for each component or development track that needs to be designed, developed, built or implemented or to make the eDream happen. The Development Plan also provides a grid of how it will address each of the components in the Enablement Strategy.
Financial Plan
This is the detailed Financial Plan to make the eDream happen.
Project Plan
This is the detailed Project Plan to make the eDream happen. plan
Execution
Execution is the process of securing the requirements and managing the project through completion.
