1. Aspirers determine mission and problem/unmet need(s) to be addressed
2. Aspirers determine if addressing the problem/unmet need(s) will achieve the mission

7. Mission Validation - does the eDream achieve the mission?

• Aspirer Requirements - what has to happen for the aspirer to ensure the aspirer can provide the required effort?
• Personal Development - does the aspirer, a relationship of the aspirer or any other important person need to complete a personal development track to achieve the eDream?
