The Discovery List is the "to do" list to discovery what needs to be done to successfully achieve an eDream.
Insight
Insight is the process of evaluating whether an eDream is a good idea and how to make it happen. Insight helps to evaluate:
- Prosperity Insight - is the eDream and the pursuit a good idea for the aspirer(s)?
- eDream Insight - is the eDream a good idea for the beneficiary(ies)?
- Enablement Insight - what would it take to make the eDream happen
Prosperity Insight
Prosperity Insight is the process of evaluating whether the eDream pursuit is a good idea for the aspirer(s). It offers insight into personal prosperity, impact of the eDream on prosperity and the commitment of the Aspirer to make it happen.
eDream Insight
eDream Insight is the process of evaluating whether an eDream is a good idea. eDream Insight helps to understand the aspirer(s) and their mission, the beneficiaries and their problem/unmet needs. It offers insight into the communication and solution to address the beneficiaries problem/unmet needs as well as the mission of the aspirer(s). It provides understanding of what it may take to for the eDream to be operational to deliver on the mission, address the problem/unmet needs and sustain success over time.
Enablement Insight
Enablement Insight is the process of evaluating what it would take to make the eDream happen.
Discovery
Discovery is the process of uncovering all of the things that need to be done to successfully achieve an eDream.
People
People are the individuals that can have an impact on the successful achievement of an eDream. People are an enablement component of making an eDream successfully happen. People Insight helps to understand what people are required to make an eDream happen. It offers insight into how to engage them like Kevin Plank did in pursuing his big idea which became the company Under Armour.
Communities
Communities are groups of people that can be associated by something in common that may influence people's decisions and/or potentially impact the enablement of an eDream.
Knowledge
Knowledge is the specific functional, domain, industry, skills/expertise, funding, and resource knowledge required to make something happen.
Development Tracks
Development Tracks are components that must be developed to ensure viability of the eDream.
Funding
Funding is the total financial resources required to make an eDream happen.
Resources
The resources required to make an eDream happen.
Timeline
The timeline with key milestone to make an eDream happen.
Assumptions
Assumptions are the basis for understanding whether an eDream and it's pursuit it is a good idea. It is the understanding of the specific requirements to make it successfully happen.
