Activities

Activities are what needs to happen for the successful enablement of an eDream. These activities need to be scoped (identified), researched (understood), developed (addressed) and managed.

• Communication Activities - the messaging and people activities
• Operational Activities - the operational realities and solution creation activities
• Funding Activities
• PersonalNeeds Activities
• Planning Activities - planning

Activity Development] will identify the factors of that will determine whether the activities will have a favorable impact on the Strategy and other Impacting Elements:

• Description - brief description of the impacting activity
• Influence - that the impacting activity has with the strategy (objectives & solutions) and impacting elements
• Dependencies - to events or other activities that can or will impact the start or success of the activity
• Resources - required for the activity
• Approach to address the impacting activity to ensure favorable impact
• People - that can impact the activity
• Realities - that can impact the activity
• Activity Types are associated with identifying, understanding, addressing and managing impacting elements
  
• Activity Detail is developed to help create the Plan.
