Activity Development is the process of scoping (identifying), researching (understanding), developing (addressing) and managing each activity.

- Manage - each Impacting Elements within the Enablement Framework.
- Develop a plan to efficiently and effectively manage the Activities
- Secure commitments from Contributors involved with the Activities
- Develop and create the Solutions
- Manage the Activities and Events
