Activity Development

Activity Development is the process of scoping (identifying), researching (understanding), developing (addressing) and managing each activity.

• Identify - develop a list of potential Impacting Elements
  • Identify the impacting People, Realities and Activities that could impact achieving the Mission or Timeline
  • Develop brief description of the impacting People, Realities and Activities could have on achieving the Mission or Timeline
  • Engagement - ask people to help add to the lists

• Understand - research each Impacting Elements, develop Strategy and validate
  • Research each of the impacting People to determine influences, roles, impacting decisions, decision criterias, second degree elements, relationships
  • Research each of the impacting Realities to determine influences and roles
  • Research each of the impacting Activities to determine influences, dependencies and required resources
  • Determine potential Strategy Objectives and Solution Elements to address Impacting Elements and achieve the Mission
  • Develop brief descriptions of the Objectives and Solutions
  • Engagement - ask people to help with understanding and validate the Impacting Elements and Strategy

• Address - develop approaches to address each Impacting Elements and validate
  • Develop empathy for the impacting People including
  • Determine approaches to address each of the Impacting Elements
  • Define the Activities within the activity components
  • Design the Solutions
  • Define the Strategy Measures to measure progess and effectiveness of Objectives and Solutions
  • Engagement - ask people to validate the Strategy, People, Realities and Activities

• Manage - each Impacting Elements within the Enablement Framework.
  • Develop a plan to efficiently and effectively manage the Activities
  • Secure commitments from Contributors involved with the Activities
  • Develop and create the Solutions
  • Manage the Activities and Events
  • Test the Solutions with People
  • Learn from each iteration
  • Secure commitments to Solution from DecisionMakers and Beneficiaries
