Iteration Generator

The Iteration Generator is a development framework to efficiently and effectively manage the numerous iterations required to make the eDream happen. The Mission may have minimal changes, the Strategy will likely have several changes, the Plan may have thousands of changes.

Step 1 - Review - Mission, Timeline

Step 2 - Learn & Plan - Impacting Components

• Develop list of Impacting Components
• Learn more about impacting components - People (Aspirers,Beneficiaries, Decision Makers,Contributors), Communities, Realities (Problem/Unmet Needs)
• Develop impacting elements list within each Impacting Components
• Develop a plan and list of activities to address each impacting element
• Iterate Impacting Elements by repeating steps 1-2 as many times as necessary

Step 3- Design - Solution and Strategy

• Develop a Solution
• Develop high-level Strategy to address each Impacting Components that will ensure the mission

Step 5 - Learn & Validate - Solution and Strategy

• Reach out to the People (Aspirers,Beneficiaries, Decision Makers,Contributors), Communities to validate the solution and strategy to address impacting and design elements
• Iterate Solution & Strategy by repeating steps 1-5 as many times as necessary

Step 6 - Design - Design Components

• Learn more about the design components - Solution, Communication, Operational, Funding, Personal Needs, Design Contributors
• Develop design elements list within the Design Components that will ensure the design will achieve the Mission and address the Problem/Unmet Need
• Revist step 1 to ensure the Design will achieve the Mission and address the Problem/Unmet Need
• Iterate Design Elements by repeating steps 1-6 as many times as necessary

Step 7 - Learn & Plan - Design Components

• Develop a plan and list of activities to address each design element
• Iterate Design Elements by repeating steps 1-7 as many times as necessary

Step 8 - Learn & Validate - Design & Plan

• Reach out to the People (Aspirers,Beneficiaries, Decision Makers,Contributors), Communities to validate the design and plan to address impacting and design elements
• Iterate Design & Plan by repeating steps 1-8 as many times as necessary

Step 9 - Create - Design & Plan

• Create a detailed project plan
• Create the design

Step 10 - Learn - Test Design & Plan

• Test the solution to get the feedback from the aspirers, beneficiaries, decision makers and contributors.
• Iterate Design & Plan by repeating steps 1-10 as many times as necessary
