Iteration Generator
The Iteration Generator is a development framework to efficiently and effectively manage the numerous iterations required to make the eDream happen. The Mission may have minimal changes, the Strategy will likely have several changes, the Plan may have thousands of changes.
Step 1 - Review - Mission, Timeline, Components, Strategy
- Develop Mission
- Develop Timeline
- Develop list of Components
- Develop high-level Strategy to address each Component that will ensure the mission
Step 2 - Learn & Plan - Impacting Components
- Learn more about impacting components - People (Aspirers,Beneficiaries, Decision Makers,Contributors), Communities, Realities (Problem/Unmet Needs)
- Develop impacting elements list within the Impacting Components
- Develop a plan and list of activities to address each impacting element
- Iterate Impacting Elements by repeating steps 1-2 as many times as necessary
Step 3 - Design - Design Components
- Learn more about the design components - Solution, Communication, Operational, Funding, Personal Needs, Design Contributors
- Develop design elements list within the Design Components that will ensure the design will achieve the Mission and address the Problem/Unmet Need
- Revist step 1 to ensure the Design will achieve the Mission and address the Problem/Unmet Need
- Iterate Design Elements by repeating steps 1-3 as many times as necessary
Step 4 - Learn & Plan - Design Components
- Develop a plan and list of activities to address each design element
- Iterate Design Elements by repeating steps 1-4 as many times as necessary
Step 5 Learn & Validate - Design & Plan
- Reach out to the People (Aspirers,Beneficiaries, Decision Makers,Contributors), Communities to validate the design and plan to address impacting and design elements
- Iterate Design & Plan by repeating steps 1-5 as many times as necessary
Step 6 Create - Design & Plan== This is creating the solution and completing the many enablement activities within the design.
6-Learn - Test
Test the solution to get the feedback from the aspirers, beneficiaries, decision makers and contributors. Iterate (repeat steps 1-6)
