Strategy

The strategy is the enablement approach to:

• address the impacting People (Aspirer(s), Beneficiaries, Decision Makers, Contributors), Communities and Realities
• develop a viable Design (Solution, Communication, Operational, Funding, Personal Needs)
• ensure the Design delivers on the mission and addresses the Problem/Unmet Needs
• enablement goals, milestones and plan to ensure achievement

The strategy is finding an approach at the complex enablement intersection to make the eDream happen.

The strategy is a part of the Iteration Generator and an element of the Plan.
