This defines the problem/unmet needs that are being solved or addressed.
Solution
What is the solution that addresses the eDream? How will it solve the the problem or address the unmet need? What is new about it? How does it compare with the existing ways to solve the problem or address the unmet need?
Enablement Strategy
What are the key enablement components required? How will they be secured?
Plan
What is the financial plan? What is the timeline of major milestones?
