Strategy

The strategy is a high level summary overview of the enablement approach:

• The Solution and how it delivers on the mission and addresses the Problem/Unmet Needs
• The key impacting People (Aspirer(s), Beneficiaries, Decision Makers, Contributors), Communities and Realities are how they will be addressed
• The Design (Solution, Communication, Operational, Funding, Personal Needs, Plan) how it is viable.
• The measures such as key milestones to ensure progress

The strategy is finding an approach at the complex enablement intersection to make the eDream happen.

The strategy is a part of the Iteration Generator and an element of the Plan.
