Iteration Generator

The Iteration Generator is a development framework to efficiently and effectively manage the numerous iterations required to make the eDream happen. The Mission may have minimal changes, the Strategy will likely have several changes, the Plan may have thousands of changes.

Step 1 - Review - Mission and Timeline

• Develop Mission
• Develop Timeline

Step 2 - Learn - Impacting Elements

• Develop list of Impacting Elements
• Learn more about impacting components - People (Aspirers,Beneficiaries, Decision Makers,Contributors), Communities, Realities (Problem/Unmet Needs)
• Develop impacting elements list within each Impacting Components
• Develop a plan and list of activities to address each impacting element
• Iterate Impacting Elements by repeating steps 1-2 as many times as necessary

Step 3- Solution Design - Solution and Strategy

• 3a - Develop a Solution to achieve the Mission and Problem/Unmet Needs
• 3b- Develop high-level Strategy to address each Impacting Components that will ensure the mission
• 3c - Learn & Validate - Solution and Strategy
  • Reach out to the People (Aspirers,Beneficiaries, Decision Makers,Contributors), Communities to validate the solution and strategy to address impacting and design elements
  • Iterate Solution & Strategy by repeating steps 1-3 as many times as necessary

Step 4 - Enablement Design - To Make it Happen

• 4a - Design Communication, Operational, Funding, and Personal Needs components
• 4b - Develop approach for Decision Makers and Contributors
• 4c - Develop design elements list within each component to ensure the enablement design will achieve the Mission and address the Problem/Unmet Need
• 4d - Develop a plan and list of activities to address each design element
  • Create a detailed project plan
• 4e - Learn & Validate - Enablement Design
  • Reach out to the People (Aspirers,Beneficiaries, Decision Makers,Contributors), Communities to validate the design and plan to address impacting and design elements
• Iterate Enablement Design by repeating steps 1-4 as many times as necessary

Step 5 - Development - Create Solution & Implement Plan

• Create the design
• Implement the plan
• Learn & Test - Test Design & Plan
  • Test the solution and plan to get the feedback from the aspirers, beneficiaries, decision makers and contributors.
• Iterate Design & Plan by repeating steps 1-5 as many times as necessary

Step 6 - Complete or Continue Incremental Improvement Process
