The strategy is a high level summary overview of the approach to ensure:

• The Solution delivers on the mission and addresses the Problem/Unmet Needs
• Impacting People (Aspirer(s), Beneficiaries, Decision Makers, Contributors), Communities and Realities are addressed
• A viable Design (Solution, Communication, Operational, Funding, Personal Needs, Plan)

The strategy is finding an approach at the complex enablement intersection to make the eDream happen.

The strategy is a part of the Iteration Generator and an element of the Plan.
