The strategy is the three to five overall approaches to achieve the mission while overcoming any barriers from Impacting Elements. It could be called a simple rule that guides decisions and priorities. Examples of what the strategy would address:
- address the needs of the Beneficiaries and Decision Makers,
- address potential barriers to achieving the mission from the Impacting Elements (People, Communities and Realities)
- ensure the Design delivers on the mission and addresses the Problem/Unmet Needs
The strategy is finding an approach at the complex enablement intersection to make the eDream happen.
The strategy is a part of the Iteration Generator and an element of the Plan.
