Activities are what needs to happen for the successful enablement of an eDream. These activities need to be scoped (identified), researched (understood), developed (addressed) and managed.
- Communication Activities - how people become aware and inspired to act in the enablement process and/or choose the solution. It includes the messaging and people activities.
- Operational Activities - how the solution become viable and sustainable. It includes the operational realities and solution creation activities.
- Funding Activities - how the the enablement process is fully funded
- PersonalNeeds Activities - how personal needs are address during the enablement process
- Plan Activities - how to efficiently and effectively organize and manage the activities
Activity Factors - Activity Development will guide identifying the factors that determine whether the activities will have a favorable impact on the Strategy and other Impacting Elements:
- Description - brief description of the impacting activity
- Influence - that the impacting activity has with the strategy (objectives & solutions)
- Dependencies - that can or will impact the start or success of the activity
- Resources - required for the activity
- Approach to address the impacting activity to ensure favorable impact
- People - that have a role or can influence the activity
- Realities - that can influence the activity
Activity Detail is developed to help create the Plan
The Activities are defined in Step 5 of the Enablement Process
