The Iteration Generator is a development framework to efficiently and effectively manage the numerous iterations required to make the eDream happen. The Mission may have minimal changes, the Strategy will likely have several changes, the Plan may have thousands of changes.
Step 2 - Impacting Elements
- Develop list of Impacting Elements - People (Aspirers, Beneficiaries, Decision Makers,Contributors), Communities, Realities, Problem/Unmet Needs
- Learn more about each impacting components
- Determine critical interrelationships between Impacting Elements
- Iterate Impacting Elements by repeating steps 1-2 as many times as necessary
Step 3 - Solution and Strategy Design
- 3a - Develop high-level Strategy to address Impacting Elements that could impact achieving the mission
- 3a - Develop a Solution to achieve the Mission and address the Impacting Elements
- 3c - Learn & Validate - Solution and Strategy
- Reach out to the People (Aspirers, Beneficiaries, Decision Makers,Contributors), Communities to validate the solution and strategy
- Iterate Solution & Strategy by repeating steps 1-3 as many times as necessary
Step 4 - Enablement Design
- 4a - Design Communication, Operational, Funding, and Personal Needs components
- 4b - Develop approach for Decision Makers and Contributors
- 4c - Develop design elements list within each component to ensure the enablement design will achieve the Mission and address the Problem/Unmet Need
- 4d - Develop a plan and list of activities to address each design element
- Create a detailed project plan
- 4e - Learn & Validate - Enablement Design
- Reach out to the People (Aspirers,Beneficiaries, Decision Makers,Contributors), Communities to validate the design and plan to address impacting and design elements
- Iterate Enablement Design by repeating steps 1-4 as many times as necessary
Step 5 - Development - Create Solution & Implement Plan
- Create the design
- Implement the plan
- Learn & Test - Test Design & Plan
- Iterate Design & Plan by repeating steps 1-5 as many times as necessary
Complete or Continue Incremental Improvement Process
