The strategy is the enablement approach to:
- address the impacting People (Aspirer(s), Beneficiaries, Decision Makers, Contributors), Communities and Realities
- develop a viable Design (Solution, Communication, Operational, Funding, Personal Needs)
- ensure the Design delivers on the mission and addresses the Problem/Unmet Needs
- enablement Goals, Major Milestones and Plan to ensure achievement
The strategy is finding an approach at the complex enablement intersection to make the eDream happen.
The strategy is a part of the Iteration Generator and an element of the Plan.
