The strategy is the enablement approach:
- To address the impacting People (Aspirer(s), Beneficiaries, Decision Makers, Contributors), Communities and Realities
- The Solution and how it delivers on the mission and addresses the Problem/Unmet Needs
- The key impacting People (Aspirer(s), Beneficiaries, Decision Makers, Contributors), Communities and Realities are how they will be addressed
- The Design (Solution, Communication, Operational, Funding, Personal Needs, Plan) and why it is viable.
The strategy is finding an approach at the complex enablement intersection to make the eDream happen.
The strategy is a part of the Iteration Generator and an element of the Plan.
