Activities are what needs to happen for the successful enablement of an eDream. These activities need to be scoped (identified), researched (understood), developed (addressed) and managed.

Activity Factors - Activity Development will guide identifying the factors that determine whether the activities will have a favorable impact on the Strategy and other Impacting Elements:

  • Description - brief description of the impacting activity
  • Influence - that the impacting activity has with the strategy (objectives & solutions) and impacting elements
  • Dependencies - to events or other activities that can or will impact the start or success of the activity
  • Resources - required for the activity
  • Approach to address the impacting activity to ensure favorable impact
  • People - that can influence the activity
  • Realities - that can influence the activity

Activity Detail is developed to help create the Plan

The Activities are defined in Step 5 of the Enablement Process
