Enablement is the sum of actions required to make an eDream happen. Enablement Insight helps to understand which Enablement Components are required to make an eDream happen like Craig Venter did in making his big idea to sequence the human genome happen. Enablement Execution is a process to advance the level of understanding with enablement discovery, guide development of an enablement plan and the execution of securing the requirements to successfully managing the enablement of the eDream through completion.

Enablement Components
Enablement Components are list of components that need to be addressed for a successful enablement of an eDream. These components are the answers to: Who (people) is involved? Which groups (communities) could influence it? What needs to be known (knowledge)? What needs to be developed (Development Tracks)? How will the funding be secured? What resources are required? What is the timeline?
Enablement Execution
Enablement Execution provides a process to complete each of the required actions for the successful enablement of an eDream. Enablement Discovery is the process of advancing the level of understanding what is learned from Insight, developing it and then determining the requirements to make the eDream successfully happen. Enablement Planning builds upon what is learned from enablement discovery to develop the development plan, financial plan, project plan and validating them through engagement. Execution is the process of securing the requirements and managing the enablement of the eDream through successful completion.
Iteration Generator
The Iteration Generator is a framework to efficiently and effectively communicate the current eDream Mission, Enablement Strategy and Enablement Plan. The Iteration Generator will be used to produce several iterations during the process of making the eDream happen. The Mission may have minimal changes, the Enablement Strategy may have several changes, the Enablement Plan may have thousands of changes.
Enablement Discovery
Enablement Discovery is the process of advancing the level of understanding of what is learned from Insight, develop it and to determine the requirements to make the eDream successfully happen.
Enablement Plan
Enablement Plan is the detailed plan to complete the development tracks and the components in the enablement strategy. This detail is included in the project plan and financial plan.
Execution
Execution is the process of securing the requirements and managing the project through completion.
