Beneficiaries are people that directly benefit from:
- the problem/unmet needs being addressed, or
- the mission being achieved, or
- the creation or ongoing delivery of the solution
Beneficiary Insight helps to determines whether an eDream is a good idea based on understanding the beneficiaries and their problem/unmet needs.
