Income & Work is how we earn income to sustain our lifestyle, how we educate for income & work, how we impact our well-being from work other than money. Income & Work are realities that can impact people, communities (industries, organizations, locations or groups) and other realities.

• Labor Participation - the rate of the non-institutionalized, civilian population over the age of 16 is either employed or are actively looking for work.
• Labor Liquidity - speed in which new types of jobs can be filled by qualified people
• Marketplaces - how we buy and sell goods. It is also how we get income & work and secure resources. How we sell and deliver our services. For much of human existence, marketplaces resided in the town square and people developed trust face-to-face. We are now developing social trust in the online marketplaces to enable us to sell or buy from anyone anytime. Marketplaces are also a component of resources realities.
