Impacting Elements

The elements that may impact achieving the mission-driven outcome. They need to be identified, understood, addressed and/or leverage to achieve the mission-driven outcome. people, communities and realities that can impact achieving an outcome if they are not addressed and/or leverage. This includes discovery of each of the impacting elements including aspirers, beneficiaries,decision makers, contributors, solution, communications, operational, funding, personal needs This is step 2 of the Enablement Process.
