• Aspirer Development - will addressing problem/unmet need(s) achieve the mission?
  
• Beneficiary Development - do they believe they have problem/unmet need(s)? If so, how are they addressing it know?
  

• Mission Validation - does the eDream achieve the mission?
• Aspirer Requirements - what has to happen for the aspirer to ensure the aspirer can provide the required effort?
• Personal Development - does the aspirer, a relationship of the aspirer or any other important person need to complete a personal development track to acheive the eDream?
