Enablement

Enablement is the sum of actions required to make an eDream happen. The Enablement framework helps to achieve eDreams by helping manage and address:

• Speed - to frequently realign our creations, careers and daily lives to the dynamic realities.
• Complexity - to discover and negotiate the intersection of multiple concepts, disciplines and interests.
• Efficiency - with limited resources and time to “fit it all in” in achieve overall personal well-being
• Iteration - to continuously adapt to new knowledge, feedback and failure

Enablement Insight helps to understand which Enablement Components are required to make an eDream happen like Craig Venter did in making his big idea to sequence the human genome happen. Enablement is the foundation of Execution which is the action of making each of the enablement components happen.

Enablement Components

Enablement Components are the major components in the enablement of eDream that must be addressed and aligned to make it happen.

• Who are the Decision Makers?
• Who are the Contributors that would need to help?
• What Knowledge is required?
• What Communities may influence and/or potentially impact it?
• What are the Realities that may impact enablement?
• What Funding is required?
• What Personal Needs must be addressed?
• What is the Plan to make it happen?
