Validation/Plussing

Validation/Plussing is the process to discuss, learn and validate with people how to make an eDream happen. Validation/Plussing are a component of the Development Tracks to ensure the quality of the eDream and enablement approach.
- Validate by articulating eDream components, enablement components or execution components such as assumptions, requirements and required activities.
- Plussing by asking open ended questions like: How would you do it? What could make this better?
Beneficiary Validation/Plussing
Beneficiary validation should be done during each phase of the solution development and after any changes to the solution. This ensures that the solution developed will address the beneficiary(ies).
- Problem/UnMet Need Validation/Plussing - Validation the Beneficiary agrees with the Problem/UnMet Need. Determine which Beneficiary(ies) have the Problem/UnMet Need. Plussing the improves the understanding of the Problem/UnMet Need and possibly expand the list to additional Problem/UnMet Needs to address.
- Solution Validation/Plussing - Validation the Beneficiary agrees that the Solution addresses the Problem/UnMet Need and will improve their prosperity. Plussing the improves the Solution and possibly expand the list to additional Problem/UnMet Needs to address.
- Commitment Validation/Plussing - Beneficiary suggests improvements to the solution
- Validation - Beneficiary will commit to adopting solution if delivered as described
- Plussing - Beneficiary suggests improvements required to commit to adopting the solution

- Validation - Stakeholders, Supporter and Providers what needs to be done to make the eDream happen.
- Plussing - Stakeholders, Supporter and Providers on how to improve the solution and/or enablement process.
