Assumptions are the basis for understanding whether an eDream and it's pursuit it is a good idea. It is the understanding of the specific requirements to make it successfully happen.

This is a grid that describes the minimum requirements that need to be achieved to address each of the enablement components and the strategy as to how they will be addressed.
