Iteration Generator

The Iteration Generator is an organized list of the mission and strategy to make an eDream happen. It contains the eDream Snapshot and the enablement snapshot. This information is the foundation of a successful eDream and the eDream pursuit. The Iteration Generator doesn't contain the day to day effort, though all activities need to be aligned to it. The Iteration Generator should be visited often and changes should be made to it based on the discovery, engagement and activities.

The Iteration Generator focuses on the top two of the three levels of the eDream and enablement.

Mission

This will have the least changes during the enablement process. This contains the overall eDream description, mission, beneficiary and aspirer.

Strategy

This is the strategy level as to how to achieve the eDream Intersection and enablement Intersection. If the mission changes, the strategy will likely need to be updated. The strategy is to achieve the Mission. During discovery, engagement and activities, you will get insight into how to improve the strategy

Execution

This is the detailed step by step activities to deliver on the strategy.
