EDream

An eDream is a dream, big idea or breakthrough innovation that requires 'e' enablement to make it happen. Enablement is the sum of actions required what to make an eDream happen. The successful Enablement of an eDream requires:
- People - stakeholders, supporters, providers and social circles
- Knowledge - Communities (Industries, Organizations, etc.) and Idea Spaces (Functional Knowledge, Domain Knowledge, etc.)
EMPATHY - understand or relate to multiple individuals, communities (i.e., banking, real estate) and idea spaces (i.e., biology, computer programming)
- MULTI-YEAR PLAN - a multiyear or a very concerted effort over 6 to 12 months or longer
- RISK - time, money and other sacrifices for an unknown outcome
- ENDURING GRIT - perseverance and passion for long-term goals
- Knowledge – Need to uncover many unknowns - People – Need people to help or support the enablement - Plan - to get there - Resources – Time, Money, Tools, etc. - Grit – The ability to keep going
