Required Actions are actions or decisions by impacting People or community that must happen for the Strategy or Plan to be successful. The following information may need to be understood to ensure a favorable action or decision:

• Influence of the required action on the strategy, impacting people and activities
• Person or community that must decide on or perform the required action
• Commitment Status as to the decision or action by the Person or community about the required action
• Decision Criteria of the person or community on the required action
• Commitment Influencers are people like stakeholders that the person person or community relies on for input into their decision or whether they will commit to the required action
• Action Status as to whether the required action is planned, underway or completed.
