The Plan is a high level overview of the following to achieve the eDream:

• Activities - These are the activities required to achieve the strategy
• Financial investment - this is the total cost to make the eDream happen.
• People - these are the aspirer(s), beneficiaries, decision makers and contributors
• Strategy - this an overview of the approach to achieve the eDream mission
• Timeline - this a a high level timeline of the major milestones
• Performance Measures - a way to measure progress such as key performance indicators
