Services

Services are part of the Resources that are required to make an eDream happen. They include the following approaches to securing them:

• Online Services - Services that can be acquired and leveraged by simply going online and selecting them. They typically do not require tailoring and are available 24 hours per day.
• Commercial Services - Services that are generally available and required very little in the way of tailoring.
• Tailored Services (Other) - Services required developing an agreed upon scope of work between the customer and provider. While they are typically agreed to verbally, some develop a Statement of Work (SOW) or contract signed by both parties. These include Personal Services and Professional Services

Internet Access, Cellular Phone Service, Energy service, Cable Television Service, cleaning, etc.
