Stakeholders are people that may have a direct impact on whether the enablement of an eDream is successful.

Decision Maker

Decision Makers are stakeholders that may be able say yes when everyone else says no and still get their way. There could be one decision maker or there could be millions if the eDream is to win a political campaign or sell a retail product. Decision Makers include beneficiaries as their decisions can decide the successful enablement of an eDream. Decision Makers are likely influenced by technical advisors, influencers and those impacted by the decision, though they can decide whatever they want.

Technical Advisor

Technical Advisors are stakeholders that decision makers rely upon to help make decisions. It is someone whose technical or domain knowledge (i.e., electronics, health care) is trusted by the decision maker and can influence their decisions.

Investor

Investors are stakeholders that invest money, time, resources or other in-kind contributions to help make the eDream happen. Their investments are based on the expectation that they will receive repayment or some kind of compensation from the aspirer or from the successful enablement of the eDream.

Influencer

Influencers are are stakeholders that have opinions that are valued by decision makers which can have an impact on their decisions.

Impacted

Impacted are stakeholders that are impacted by the enablement of the eDream, yet are not decision makers, technical advisors, Investors or Influencers. If the Impacted are impacted in a negative way, it can make decision makers uncomfortable or influence their decision. Also, if a group of Impacted get together to combine their voices, they can influence decision makers.
