#DecisionMakers are people that may be able say yes when everyone else says no and still get their way. There could be one #DecisionMaker or there could be millions if the eDream is to win a political campaign or sell a retail product. #DecisionMakers can be beneficiaries and aspirers as their decisions can decide the successful enablement of an eDream.

#DecisionMakers weigh the input from influencers, such as technical advisors, trusted advisors, stakeholders and those impacted by the decision, though they can decide whatever they want. See how Kevin Plank engaged #DecisionMakers in pursuing his big idea which became the company Under Armour.

Here are the different types of ways decision by #DecisionMakers will be made:

  • Single Decision - #DecisionMakers have the sole responsibility for making the decision. They can say yes when everyone is saying no and still get their way.
  • Shared Single Decision - #DecisionMakers have a say (or vote) in the final decision. If they say yes, they still might not get their way.
  • Multiple Decisions - These are multiple separate decisions such as someones decision to buy a car, home or choose a college. In each of these decisions, the #DecisionMakers have the sole responsibility in making a decision.
  • Shared Multiple Decisions - These are multiple separate decisions that are made with more than one person.
