The Plan is a high level overview of the following to achieve the eDream:
- Activities - These are the major activities required to achieve the strategy
- Financial investment - this is the total cost to make the eDream happen.
- Major Milestones - single events or progress level that signify progress
- People - this is a list of the impacting aspirer(s), beneficiaries, decision makers and contributors
- Measures - a method to measure progress such as key performance indicators
- Strategy - this is a high level overview of how each component will be addressed to ensure the mission is achieved.
- Timeline - this a high level timeline including major milestones
The Plan is a high level view of the detailed Development Plan, Commitment Plan, Financial Plan and the Project Plan.
An overview of the eDream is communicated with the eDream Snapshot, Enablement Snapshot and Executive Summary.
The Plan is a component of Iteration Creation.
