DecisionMakers

There could be one decision maker or there could be millions if the eDream is to win a political campaign or sell a retail product. Decision Makers can be beneficiaries and aspirers as their decisions can decide the successful enablement of an eDream.
Decision Makers weigh the input from influencers, such as technical advisors, trusted advisors, stakeholders and those impacted by the decision, though they can decide whatever they want.
Here are the different types of ways decision by decision makers will be made:
- Single Decision - decision makers have the sole responsibility for making the decision. They can say yes when everyone is saying no and still get their way.
- Shared Single Decision - decision makers have a say (or vote) in the final decision. If they say yes, they still might not get their way.
- Multiple Decisions - These are multiple separate decisions such as someones decision to buy a car, home or choose a college. In each of these decisions, the decision makers have the sole responsibility in making a decision.
- Shared Multiple Decisions - These are multiple separate decisions that are made with more than one person.
