People Insight helps to understand what people are required to make an eDream happen. It offers insight into how to engage them like Kevin Plank did in pursuing his big idea which became the company Under Armour.

Beneficiaries are people who will directly benefit from the successful enablement of an eDream. There can be one or many beneficiaries of an eDream.
Aspirers
Aspirer(s) are people who either want to pursue or are pursuing a dream, big idea or breakthrough innovation. An eDream can have one or multiple co-aspirers.
Decision Makers
Major Stakeholders
Major Stakeholders are people that have enough of a stake in the enablement of an eDream that they could prevent it from happening.

Angel Advocates are people that want the eDream to happen, have valuable knowledge and abilities and are willing to help make the eDream happen.
Supporters
Supporters are people that believe in the aspirer(s) or eDream or want to offer their support for any reason. A supporter may benefit from the successful enablement of the eDream though are not directly reimbursed for helping with the eDream pursuit like a provider.
Providers
Providers are people who provide a service required for the enablement of an eDream. Providers provide essential roles (i.e., legal, accounting, web design) and are either paid for their services or expect some kind of future reimbursement.
Social Circles
Social Circles are the different groups of people that the aspirer will interact with during the pursuit of an eDream. The people in the social circles may be supportive, neutral or negative about the eDream pursuit. They may change the way they feel about the aspirer and may wonder how the pursuit of the eDream will affect them personally.
