Required Actions

Required Actions are actions or decisions by impacting People or community that must happen for the Strategy or Plan to be successful. The following information may need to be understood to ensure a favorable action or decision:

• Name or title of the person or community that must decide on the required action
• Influence of the required action over the strategy, impacting people and activities
• Commitment Status in supporting the enablement of the eDream
• Decision Criteria as defined by person or community
• Commitment Influencers are people like stakeholders that the person relies on for input into their decision as to whether they will commit to the enablement of the eDream.
• Action Status in relation to an action that is required or desired for enablement
