The following enablement steps are done numerous times for continuous improvement of progress toward the mission or until the mission driven outcome is achieved. For more details, see Iteration Generator.
Step 1 - Mission - the aspirer(s) purpose for the complex goal and what achieving it will deliver. The direction.
Step 2 - Impacting People - that must be identified, understood, addressed and managed to achieve the mission.
Step 3 - Impacting Realities - that must be identified, understood, addressed and managed to achieve the mission.
Step 4 - Strategy - overall approach to achieve the mission while addressing the Impacting People and Realities The how.
Step 5 - Impacting Activities - develop the activities required and organize in a plan
Step 6 - Iteration Creation - complete the activities and plan as defined in Step 5
