The following enablement steps are done numerous times for continuous improvement of progress toward the mission or until the mission driven outcome is achieved. For more details, see Iteration Generator.
Step 1 - Mission - the aspirer(s) purpose for the complex goal and what achieving it will deliver. The direction.
Step 2 - Impacting People and Realites - the people and realities that must be addressed to achieve the mission. The obstacles and resources.
Step 3 - Strategy - overall approach to achieve the mission while addressing the impacting elements. The how.
Step 4 - Enablement Design
