An eDream is a dream, big idea or breakthrough innovation that requires 'e' enablement to make it happen. Enablement is doing whatever it takes to make an eDream happen. Enablement of an eDream likely requires:

  • MULTI-YEAR PLAN - or a very concerted effort over 6 to 12 months or longer
  • RISK - time, money and other sacrifices for an unknown outcome
  • ENGAGE PEOPLE - multiple stakeholders (i.e., decision makers, investors), support services (i.e., legal), social circles (i.e., family, friends, boss)
  • EMPATHY - understand or relate to multiple individuals, communities (i.e., banking, real estate) and idea spaces (i.e., biology, computer programming)
  • ENDURING GRIT - consistent, dedicated, focused effort (often mundane)
