The Plan is a high level overview of the following to achieve the eDream:
- Activities - These are the activities required to achieve the strategy
- Financial investment - this is the total cost to make the eDream happen.
- People - these are the aspirer(s), beneficiaries, decision makers and contributors
- Strategy - this an overview of the approach to achieve the eDream mission
- Timeline - this a a high level timeline of the major milestones
- Performance Measures - a way to measure progress such as key performance indicators
The Plan is a high level view of the detailed project plan.
The Plan is a component of Enablement.
