The strategy is a high level summary overview of the approach to ensure the:
- Solution strategy delivers on the mission
- Enablement strategy delivers on the eDream and addresses the impacting realities, people, communities and major activities
The strategy is finding an approach at the enablement intersection to make the eDream happen. The strategy is a component of the Iteration Generator and an element of the Plan.
