Beneficiary Insight helps to determines whether an eDream is a good idea based on understanding the beneficiaries and their problem/unmet needs. The more you understand the beneficiaries like this grandmother and their problems/unmet needs, the more likely you will be able to know if your eDream is a good idea.

Beneficiary Insight is a component of the eDream Insight and People Insight.

Who is/are the Beneficiary(ies)? Describe the beneficiary. Demographics? Perspective?

Why it is important to the Beneficiary?

Beneficiary Validation

Does the potential beneficiary(ies) agree with the Aspirer's assessment of the:

Describe how the secondary beneficiary will benefit from the solution addressing the problem/unmet needs. Demographics? Perspective? Why is addressing the problem/unmet needs so important to them.

Awareness

How would the beneficiary(ies) become aware of a new way to address their problem/unmet needs?

Conversion

Would it be easy for the beneficiary(ies) to try the new solution? What are the barriers to try? Would it be easy for the beneficiary(ies) to change or switch to a new solution? How hard would it be to convert beneficiary(ies) to the new solution?

Cost/Benefits

What are the cost/benefits for each type of beneficiary? What are the transition costs (time, money, etc.) for beneficiary(ies) to try and/or convert to the new solution? What are the ongoing costs (time, money, etc.) for beneficiary(ies) to use the new solution?

Usability/Experience

How do the beneficiary(ies) feel using the new solution? Is it easy? Is it sticky (once you start, hard to give it up)?

Utility/Value

How well does the solution address the problem/unmet need? Is it a good overall value?

Prosperity Impact

How does is address the beneficiary(ies) time, health, wealth, purpose, etc.
