Influencers are peoples that have opinions that are valued by decision makers which can have an impact on their decisions.
Technical Advisors are people that are influencers with Decision Makers. Decision Makers rely upon them to help make decisions. It is someone with technical or domain knowledge (i.e., electronics, health care) that is critical to the decision.
