Operational Development are Development Tracks that may need to be developed to ensure enablement of the eDream.

Operational Requirements

Operational Requirements are a subset of the minimum requirements that must be achieved or addressed to satisfy each of the eDream Components and Enablement Components. The requirements are listed in a grid in the Enablement Strategy along with the strategy of you the requirement will be satisfied.

Administrative

Administrative is part of the Operational Development that must be achieved or addressed to satisfy each of the eDream Components and Enablement Components.

Mission

Operational Mission - if different than eDream mission, Primary Aspirer mission: King, Control or Purpose

Entity

  • What is the entity? Personal, business, not-for-profit, etc.
  • Self-employed, Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, LLC, C or S Corporation
  • Does an entity need to be created?
  • Who owns it?

Governance

How are decisions made? Who has control? Operating Agreement

Legal

Are there legal restrictions over your solution, communications or operational? Besides the tax code, what other regulatory compliance will be necessary? i.e., managing employees, FDA for health products, etc.,

Risk Management

Do you need insurance, accountant, legal advice?

Financial

Financial is part of the Operational Development that must be achieved or addressed to satisfy each of the eDream Components and Enablement Components.

Financial Plan

  • Financial Plan - 6 months, 2 years, 5 years
  • Projected Financial Reports
  • Revenue & Expenses (P&L, Income Statements) Cash Flow, Balance Sheets
  • Cash Flow Projections

Investment Plan

  • How much do you need?
  • How much needs to be raised? From who? When?
  • Do you have an Investor Pitch?
