Services are part of the Resources that are required to make an eDream happen. They include the following approaches to securing them:
- Online Services - Services that can be acquired and leveraged by simply going online and selecting them. They typically do not require tailoring and are available 24 hours per day.
- Commercial Services - Services that are generally available and required very little in the way of tailoring.
- Tailored Services (Other) - Services required developing an agreed upon scope of work between the customer and provider.
